What to do until we get there
- Put a bucket or towels under the drip, and move furniture, electronics and anything valuable out of the way.
- If a ceiling is bulging or sagging with water, keep everyone out from under it.
- Keep water away from light fixtures and outlets. If it is near anything electrical, switch that circuit off at the panel if you can reach it safely.
- Photograph the damage inside and out for your insurer, from the ground. Do not go up on a wet roof yourself.

Is a roof leak an emergency?
If water is coming through a ceiling or down a wall, any part of the roof is open to the weather, or a tree limb has come through, yes. Call and we will get to you.
Do you really answer at night and on weekends?

What happens on an emergency call?
We stop the water first, with an emergency tarp if that is what it takes, then come back in daylight to repair it properly. You get photographs of what we found.
Can you help with a storm damage roof claim?
Yes. We photograph the storm damage, give you a written assessment you can hand to your insurer, and meet the adjuster on site so nothing gets missed.
How much does an emergency roof repair cost?
It depends on what failed and how much of the roof needs covering, so it is priced once we have seen it. Stopping the water comes first. The permanent repair is quoted in writing before any of it starts.
