About
Second generation, same county.
Chris Jordan Jr grew up on job sites working alongside his father, an exterior contractor whose name has been on the Eastern Shore for decades. He runs his own crew now, out of Easton, on the same principle: do it properly, clean up after yourself, and answer the phone.
The owner
You will meet Chris, not a salesman.
The person who walks your roof is the person whose name is on the truck. He measures it, prices it, and is there while his crew works. There is no commissioned rep in the middle and no call center booking your slot.
- Second generation on the Eastern Shore
- Licensed MHIC #162198 and fully insured
- His own crew, not subcontracted labor
- 15-year workmanship warranty in writing
Why local matters here
A roofing company that drives over from the western shore does not know that the wind comes across open ground in Trappe, or that salt air in St Michaels eats galvanized fasteners, or how Caroline County runs its inspections. We do, because we live here.
How we work
We are not the cheapest and we do not try to be. What we are is a contractor who shows up when we say we will, photographs what we find before we cover it up, cleans the site every evening, and stands behind the work for fifteen years.
Licensed and insured
MHIC #162198, fully insured, and happy to show you the paperwork before you sign anything. We pull our own permits in Caroline County and we will handle the county on your behalf.

What people say
Built on word of mouth
Nearly every job we do came from somebody who told a neighbor. That is a good way to grow and a hard standard to keep.
“Chris and his crew showed up and installed all of my windows in 1 day. His crew showed extreme professionalism, completed the task in a very timely manner and completed with a high quality product. He will be getting all of my business and I would highly recommend.”
“Chris Jr and his crew came out ready to fix issues and they did phenomenal. The roof is solid zero leaks. … They did an extensive magnet sweep through the yard which we really appreciate as the boys run in the yard barefoot everyday.”
